The athletic manual sets out eligibility, academic requirements, conduct expectations, travel arrangements and the responsibilities of athletes, coaches and families across all three seasons.

Heart screening
Pinellas County Schools offers electrocardiogram screening to student athletes in addition to the required sports physical. Screening is arranged through the district.
Coaches
Coach contact details are held by the athletic director, who also administers the seasonal eligibility paperwork. The athletic program is overseen by the assistant principal for magnet programs and athletics.
